Save behavior

This is a static HTML checklist. It can always auto-save locally in the designer's browser. True shared/global saving needs a backend endpoint. If one is added below and the save succeeds, the top status will say “Global saved”.

Without a global endpoint, the file will not pretend it has synced globally. Use “Download updated HTML snapshot” or “Export JSON” to send a saved copy.

Expected endpoint behavior: accept a POST with JSON. No credentials or secrets should be pasted here.
